Successful Service Desk Transition

ITA have yet again successfully transitioned a service desk from an external provider for a Tier 1 alliance partner customer. The new service had gone live with no service disruption and is fully up and running providing a wide range of services that support Wintel / Unix / Solaris environments together with a range of capacity management services.

The team had a very successful transition from the existing service provider proving again the robustness of the ITA service transition methodology.
