Irish owned outsourcing company I.T. Alliance has appointed
Dermot Hore as Head of its growing Project Management
Division. Dermot has over 15 years’ experience in Project
Management for private and public sector organisations.
Dermot is also currently
lecturing in Project Management both at a Graduate and
Masters level in the Dublin Institute of Technology. Prior
to joining the I.T. Alliance Group, Dermot was a project
manager for clients such as AIB, UCD, eircom and Bord na
Móna. From 1999 to 2002 he worked for Fujitsu Service
Ireland Ltd. (formally ICL).
Before this Dermot worked for
a software development company, Optimal Systems for 15 years
in Dublin developing applications for the power generation
market. Dermot has a
Masters in Project Management from Limerick University and
is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) a
globally recognised certification from the Project
Management Institute. He is also a member of the local
Project Management Institute's (PMI) chapter and is a past
officer of the Irish chapter.
