A leading figure in Ireland's
project management world, Mr O'Donnell has extensive
experience in both the public and private sector.
Until 2005 he was Director of the Centre for Project
Management at the University of Limerick (UL) where he
developed and directed a range of project management
programmes for industry up to Master's level. He continues
to work with UL in a consultative capacity and supervises
MBA, MPM and PhD research candidates. Terence has lectured
extensively on designing and delivering project management
programmes in UL, IT Tallaght, DCU, DIT & UCD.
Terence has published a series of articles on various
project management topics in both practitioner and academic
journals. He also set up the only annual project management
conference in Ireland; an initiative he continues to
support.
He previously worked for five years at Compaq / Digital as
International project/programme manager. Prior to this he
worked for four years as Project Manager with the North
Eastern Health Board.
Terence holds a BSc from University College Dublin, a
Masters in Project Management from the University of
Limerick and was founding member of the Project Management
Institute (PMI) Ireland Chapter and is a past president of
the Chapter. |
