Joe Peppard

Prof. Peppard holds the Chair
in Information Systems at Cranfield School of Management and
is Director of the School's Information Systems Research
Centre and IT Directors Forum. He has previously worked with
I.T. Alliance and helped to establish its innovative
tier-two service alliance (T2SA) outsourcing model.
Prof. Peppard is European Editor of the prestigious Journal
of Information Technology, and an Editorial Board Member of
European Management Journal. He has published widely in
academic and general business and management journals and
his most recent books include Strategic Planning for
Information Systems and Customer Relationship Management:
Perspectives from the Marketplace. His book The Essence of
Business Process Re-engineering has recently been translated
into Chinese, having already appeared in Spanish and Polish
editions.
Prof. Peppard is also a Director of Fineos Corporation, a
solutions provider to the global financial services
industry.
