Dara is the Delivery Director
at I.T. Alliance. The goal of her team is to delivery
quality solutions to our alliance partners customers
ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Dara has worked
with I.T. Alliance since December 2005.
Dara came from Critical Path Inc (previously ISOCOR ), a
provider of Messaging Solutions for Mobile Operators and
Broadband Service Providers, where she worked for 14 years.
She held the position of Vice President, Global Customer and
Technical Support. In this role she managed the worldwide
Support organisation; grew the business year on year; led
the team through various company re-organisations while
leading the company's commitment to excellence in customer
service. In addition to that she held roles in Operations,
Marketing and Distribution.
Previously Dara worked with AME where she worked in various
roles including Operations, Service, Sales and Marketing.
Dara has over 15 year experience in the IT sector and she
holds a B.Ag.SC from UCD.
