At I.T. Alliance we do not
sell to our Customers but rather for our Customers - we did
say we are different!
We work exclusively with large
IT companies delivering project and services into their
customers. Established in 1997, we currently have a
workforce of over 400 highly qualified IT professionals.
Our difference is that we
represent our customers, or as we call them alliance
partners, as though we were them. We do this by being
chameleon like; supporting our alliance partners to deliver
IT projects and services to their customers, in their name,
while retaining our own unique company characteristics.
Working in this way leads
to a win win win relationship between our alliance partners,
the company and our people. Our alliance partners gain
access to our core competency and delivery capabilities; the
company is able to leverage the brand of the alliance
partner to grow the business and our people get to work on
varied and challenging assignments developing and growing
professionally.
This professional
development is a key enabler for our future success and we
promote and facilitate this through our competency model.
Within I.T. Alliance there
are a number of core competency areas where we have
developed significant expertise. These areas are lead by a
team of competency principals, all of whom are tasked with
being experts within their domain, remaining up to date on
the latest technology, tools and techniques. These
principals are the key drivers and contributors to our
professional development programme.
As part of this programme
our technical resources are aligned to a competency
area and placed within a competency levelling model. This
model provides a framework for people to measure their
technical and business acumen and enables us to develop
training programmes to support individual career development
within the company and wider industry.
