proactively promoting and enhancing our alliance
partners brand with their customer; actively investing
to extend the relationship; we run operations with our

Key enablers for our model are our talent management
processes and our flexible resourcing engine. We forecast
resource demands and up skill/cross skill as appropriate; we
resource diverse teams quickly and efficiently; throughout
Europe; for permanent or project assignments.
Our model is win/win; we do
not prosper unless our alliance partners prosper. We offer
our alliance partners a strategic way to increase their
offerings and scalability in a non compete manner.
